1. Introduction
Welcome to REAL RATNAA GEMS. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our natural certified gemstones, astrological jewellery, or custom design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Authenticity & Certification
Every loose gemstone and jewellery item offered on our platform is guaranteed to be 100% natural, authentic, and sourced in compliance with ethical mining practices. All gemstones are accompanied by an authentic certificate of authenticity issued by recognized government or independent gemological laboratories (such as IGI, GIA standards, or Govt. Approved Gem Testing Labs).
3. Pricing & Board Rates
Prices for gemstones, precious metals (Gold, Silver, Panchdhatu, Ashtadhatu), and making charges are calculated based on live market board rates and certified weight (Carats / Ratti). We reserve the right to revise product prices in line with precious metal market fluctuations.
4. Custom Ring, Pendant & Vedic Pooja Orders
Custom jewellery (rings, pendants, bracelets) and gems energized with Vedic Pooja rituals in the name and gotra of the client are customized specifically on request. Detailed astrological guidance provided is consultative in nature.
5. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
All images, product descriptions, photography, logos, and digital designs on this website are the intellectual property of REAL RATNAA GEMS. Reproduction or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of transactions with REAL RATNAA GEMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Neemuch (Madhya Pradesh), India.
